Our organic Kalamata olives are naturally cured for up to 8 months, resulting in a fermented, high-probiotic olive. They are handpicked in southern Greece, then pitted and dry-packed with fresh herbs and spices. Our olives are raw and unpasteurized, with no added preservatives. They should be stored at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.

Perfect for adding savory flavor to apps & entrees, garnishing cocktails, and enjoying right out of the jar. Olives should be stored at room temperature. After opening, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 weeks.
