For the Muffins:
- 1/2 Cup Kosterina Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Milk of Choice (we used almond milk)
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
For the Topping:
- 1/2 Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
For the Muffins:
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl, set aside
- Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl, adding the Kosterina Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar last
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients bowl and stir until smooth (done best with stand mixer but hand mixed is good too)
- Fill each muffin tin about 2/3 full of batter
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes
- Once muffins are out of the oven and cool enough to touch, dip each muffin top in the Cinnamon Sugar Mix
For the Topping:
- While muffins are baking, mix together Sugar and Cinnamon for topping
