Our organic Kalamata olives are naturally cured for up to 8 months, resulting in a fermented, high-probiotic olive. They are handpicked in southern Greece, then pitted and dry-packed with fresh herbs and spices. Our olives are raw and unpasteurized, with no added preservatives. They should be stored at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.

How to Use

    A Happy Birthday indeed.

    My niece Johann loves olives. She often say's she would like to travel the world and try all the different olives. So for her birthday I brought some of the olive world to her. She loves them.
