Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future – stay tuned!
Processing & Shipping Times
Yes – processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be confirmed, packed, and prepared for shipment. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Kosterina offers free shipping on all orders over $75 shipped within the Contiguous US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Orders under $75: $8.99 flat rate. Skincare-only orders under $75: $4.99. Subscription orders under $75 ship for a reduced $4.50 flat rate. Hawaii and Alaska orders regardless of order value ship based on weight and distance (carrier-based).
Tracking & Shipping Updates
Why does my tracking say “label created” but hasn’t moved?
Carriers often generate a shipping label before the package is physically scanned into their system. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

Delivery Issues
Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package—what should I do?

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@kosterina.com with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make things right.
Address Changes After Shipping
Can I update my address after my order has shipped?
If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address directly. However, both USPS and UPS offer package intercept services, which may allow you to redirect your shipment once it’s in transit.
Unable to Receive Your Package?
If you won’t be available to receive your delivery, you can request that the carrier:
- Hold your package at a local facility, or
- Redirect it to a nearby access point for pickup
This can be arranged directly through USPS or UPS using your tracking number.
