Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at over 500mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.

The taste is out of this world pure and delicious! I especially love with each drop I am consuming the highest amount of olencanthal for nourishment. a phenolic compound found in extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and some research suggests it may help with cancer and inflammation.
