When is Kosterina EVOO harvested?

Kosterina EVOO is harvested early in the season -- October to November -- in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece, when Koroneiki olives are still unripe and polyphenol content is at its peak. The oil is then shipped to the US, bottled, and available by early spring. We sell only from the current harvest to ensure maximum freshness.

What is the shipping cost for subscription items?

One of the perks of subscribing is a reduced shipping fee of $4.50 for orders under $75. Subscription orders over $75 receive free shipping.

How do I refill my olive oil bottles?

Kosterina EVOO tins are designed specifically for bottle refilling. To refill: (1) Open the tin by pulling up the built-in spout and unscrewing the top. (2) Pour directly from tin to bottle using the controlled-pour spout. (3) For 3L tins, use the complimentary funnel included in the box. The process takes 2-3 minutes. Tins are a sustainable, cost-effective way to keep your favorite Kosterina EVOO on hand in larger quantities.
