I had been using a low calorie salad dressing made with buttermilk and yogurt. However, it contains soybean oil, which I prefer to avoid. It only had a tiny bit of added sugar, and it was very low in calories, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. BUT I MUCH prefer your balsamic vinegar in the 3 flavors!
For one thing, they contain NO fat, AND NO sodium. They are also much lower in calories, even than my low cal dressing. They have NO cholesterol and NO saturated fat. They have NO added sugar either!!!! I have been using them a LOT on my salads. I mix nuts and seeds with grape tomatoes and fresh spinach. Sometimes I add 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese, but the flavor of your balsamic vinegars makes that truly optional.
I like them so much that I have shared some with a friend who likes natural and organic food.
These balsamic vinegars MAY cost more than other brands (I really haven't checked), but they are helping me avoid soybean oil and ANY salad dressing at all. I am hopeful that they will be part of my food plan, through which I hope to lose about 40 lbs. They are a VARIED and DELICIOUS road to take. Thank you for your diligent work in making such quality products.
I also greatly enjoy your organic extra virgin olive oil--I use it in baking. Of course I use it to sauté and to add to my spaghetti sauce. But tonight I am baking some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for my husband and I know they will come out as delicious as the last time I made them!
