Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at 638mg/kg! Kosterina’s olive oil is awesome—comes from these little Koroneiki olives in Greece. It’s got a strong, fruity taste with a peppery zing that I love. Plus, it’s loaded with antioxidants—good for you stuff! Stays fresh longer too, which is great since I don’t always use it super fast. They pick ‘em early from some hilly Greek spot, and you can tell it’s top-notch. I’m no expert, but this stuff makes my salads and cooking feel fancy and healthy. I’ve been using this olive oil for several years now. Totally worth it! Plus the orders ship fast and always shipped in boxes that are sturdy….a huge plus for me. But, bottom line, the olive oil is the best I’ve used.
