While it may seem unnecessary, these delicious little bites of bread of perfect to dress up any salad, charcuterie board, soup, and more! Bursting with flavor from our Garlic Olive Oil and Base Culture's Sourdough Bread, you will want to bring these croutons everywhere you go!

Garlic Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Base Culture Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil 
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning 
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Slice Base Culture Sourdough Bread into 1 inch cubes and spread onto a parchment-lined baking tray.

    Drizzle with two tablespoons of Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil, sea salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to mix until the bread is coated in the oil, then spread into an even layer.

    Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, tossing every few minutes to ensure the croutons are evenly cooked. Once the croutons are firm around the edges, but still a bit soft in the middle, remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely.
