Perfectly sweet & tangy, this pudding is a great way to start your morning, energize you as an afternoon snack, or finish your day as a guilt-free treat.  Paired with our crushed fruit vinegar, with no added sugar and packed with fiber and protein, this pudding will make your day.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

For the Blueberry Crumble Chia Pudding:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp blueberry vinegar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • Toppings: Blueberries & Granola

For the Strawberries & Cream Chia Pudding:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp strawberry vinegar
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • Toppings: Sliced Strawberries & yogurt

Directions

For the Blueberry Crumble Chia Pudding:

  1. Add chia seeds, cinnamon, vinegar, and milk to a container or jar
  2. Mix well, let sit for 10min and mix again
  3. Place in fridge and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight
  4. Once thickened to pudding, it is ready.  Add blueberries & granola and Enjoy!

For the Strawberries & Cream Chia Pudding:

  1. Add chia seeds, vanilla, vinegar, and milk to a container or jar
  2. Mix well, let sit for 10min and mix again
  3. Place in fridge and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight
