This Chili Board is the charcuterie board that you need during colder days! Made with warm ingredients to warm your body and your soul, you will love this spicy take on chili with all of the delicious snacks on the side. This protein-forward recipe will become a favorite for the family, plus, it's super easy to save in the fridge or freezer!

Ingredients

For the Chili:

  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 1 jar Somos Taco Simmer Sauce
  • 2 packs Somos Pinto & Black Beans
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilis

For the Board

  • Kosterina Spicy Olive Oil
  • Somos Chili Crisp
  • Cornbread
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Red onion, chopped
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Tortilla chips
  • Gluten-free crackers

Instructions

    To a large pan over medium heat, add the Kosterina Everyday Olive Oil and the ground turkey or beef. Saute for 7-9 minutes until completely done.

    Add the Somos Taco Simmer Sauce, Somos Pinto & Black Beans, and the can of diced tomatoes and chilis. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 more minutes. Let cool slightly.

    Arrange the chili on a table or large board. Arrange with a bowl of Kosterina Spicy Olive Oil, Somos Chili Crisp, cornbread, cheddar cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, tortilla chips, and gluten-free cracker.
