These Copycat Homemade Perfect Bars are not only super delicious, but loaded with protein and made with clean ingredients.

If you're on-the-go or looking for a late-night bite of something sweet, these bars will quickly satisfy those cravings! It’s a no-bake recipe that won’t take much time at all. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ Cup of Oat Flour
  • ¼ Cup of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Kosterina Everyday EVOO
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • ¾ Cup of Chocolate Chips 

Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk to combine Oat Flour, Vanilla Protein Powder, and Salt.  Mix in Vanilla, EVOO, Honey, and Peanut Butter with a wooden spoon.  Once mixture is about 50% combined, use your hands to finish mixing everything together.

    Add in chocolate chips and mix to make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

    Line a bread pan with parchment paper.  Press dough into the bottom of the pan, creating an even layer.  Use the back of a spatula if needed to flatten.

    Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into 12 bars.
