In a large bowl, whisk to combine Oat Flour, Vanilla Protein Powder, and Salt. Mix in Vanilla, EVOO, Honey, and Peanut Butter with a wooden spoon. Once mixture is about 50% combined, use your hands to finish mixing everything together.

Add in chocolate chips and mix to make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Press dough into the bottom of the pan, creating an even layer. Use the back of a spatula if needed to flatten.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into 12 bars.
