  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Kosterina Greektown Spice Blend
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh parsley and lemons for garnish
