Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil
  • 1 pound turkey breast, ground 
  • 1 large onion, chopped 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 14 oz can tomatoes
  • 14 oz can red kidney beans
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped 
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp chili powder 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Red onions, Greek yogurt, and Kosterina Red Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil for garnish

    Heat a large pan over high heat and add the Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil. Add the turkey breast and onion and cook until browned, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

    Transfer the ground chicken mixture to a slow cooker. Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, kidney beans, peppers, kalamata olives, chili powder, and salt. Mix well, then cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours.

    Before serving, garnish with green onions, Greek yogurt, and more Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil before serving.
