Add 1 tsp Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil to a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, cumin, and salt. Saute for about 5 minutes until the onion is softened and lightly golden brown. Remove from the heat and let cool.

To a blender, add the sauteed onion, cannellini beans, Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil, and lemon juice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Scoop the dip into a bowl and garnish with a drizzle of Kosterina Garlic Olive Oil, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Serve with Nufs Hot Honey Crackers.
