Ingredients

  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup dill
  • ½ cup parsley 
  • 2 scallions 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • ½ cup Kosterina Green Goddess Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled 
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Gluten-free crackers and vegetables for serving

Instructions

    Add the basil, dill, parsley, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a blender. Blend until the herbs are finely chopped.

    Add the feta, greek yogurt, and salt and blend until smooth.

    Scoop the dip into a bowl and serve with gluten-free crackers and vegetables.
