Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A drizzle of Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar to taste
  • Topping to taste! We like to use strawberries, grain-free granola, bananas, and other fresh fruit & nuts.

    Add all ingredients to a bowl (for easier stirring, put the protein powder in the bottom of the bowl so it doesn't go all over the place when stirring). Mix well until smooth and combined.
