In a small bowl, mix together the pistachios and panko and pour onto a plate.

To a shallow bowl, add the egg and whisk well.

Dip the feta in the egg, then in the pistachio bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat it thoroughly.

To a pan over medium heat, add the Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil.

Add the feta and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Drizzle with the honey and more Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil. Top with chopped parsley and serve with Nufs Hot Honey crackers.
