This Hot Honey Pistachio Feta is absolutely delicious and creamy, bringing together the natural tartness from the cheese and smooth, sweet notes of hot honey and olive oil. This dip was made for company or for an evening snack. This recipe takes under 30 minutes to bring together, and with this many complex flavors, it is sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block of feta
  • ⅓ cups pistachios, crushed
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • Parsley for garnish 
  • Nufs Hot Honey Crackers for serving

Instructions

    In a small bowl, mix together the pistachios and panko and pour onto a plate.

    To a shallow bowl, add the egg and whisk well.

    Dip the feta in the egg, then in the pistachio bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat it thoroughly.

    To a pan over medium heat, add the Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil.

    Add the feta and fry on both sides until golden brown.

    Drizzle with the honey and more Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil. Top with chopped parsley and serve with Nufs Hot Honey crackers.
