Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kosterina Crushed Strawberry Vinegar
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 1 ½ ounces vodka
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove stems from strawberries and muddle them until all the juice has been released & save juice

  2. 2

    Shake strawberry juice, vinegar, vodka, honey, lemon and 1 teaspoon lemon zest in cocktail shaker

  3. 3

    Mix salt, coconut sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon zest for salt rim

  4. 4

    Rim glass & serve over ice
