This popcorn mix is the perfect, truly easy snack for your next get-together. With a perfect mix of textures and flavors, you will be making this over and over again. Plus, this is super easy to put into a reusable bag to store for later.

In every handful, experience the a crunch of tender, Lesser Evil Himalayan Sea Salt Popcorn, a bright lift from scattered craisins, and the earthy flavors of almond & cashews, all coming together with our Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Plus, we added a little bit of chili powder for an additional kick of flavor.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almonds 
  • ½ cup cashews 
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • ¼ tsp chili powder 
  • 5 cups Lesser Evil Himalayan Pink Sea Salt Popcorn
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried craisins 
  • 2 tbsp Kosterina Premium Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the almonds and cashews. Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with chili powder. Roast for about 10 minutes until lightly golden brown, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.

    To a large bowl, add the Lesser Evil Himalayan Pink Sea Salt popcorn, chocolate chips, craisins, and cooled almonds and cashews. Drizzle with Kosterina Premium Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
