There is nothing more Mediterranean that this iconic dip. We saw this going viral on TikTok and had to try it ourselves (and make it even better)! Using the herby & peppery flavors from our Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil, paired with the sharpness of our Original Balsamic Vinegar, this classic utilizes all of the seminal flavors of the Mediterranean. For the Mediterranean EVOO Dip:
- Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Kosterina Original Balsamic Vinegar
- 8-10 Kosterina Greek Herb Kalamata Olives, pitted and diced
- 1 tablespoon of Fresh Oregano, chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- Fresh Bread
Directions
For the Mediterranean EVOO Dip:
- In a shallow bowl, pour Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil until the bottom of the bowl is covered. Add a drizzle of Kosterina Original Balsamic to taste. Recommended ratio is 4:1 EVOO to Balsamic.
- Add Minced Garlic, Fresh Oregano, and Kalamata Olives to the bowl. Stir to combine.
- Enjoy with Fresh Bread.
