It's citrus season! This scallop crudo is a no-cook dish with a bright citrus flavor making it an elegant way to start any meal.Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 blood orange
- 3 tbsp Kosterina Original EVOO
- Sushi-grade scallops
- Jalapeño
- Mini mandarins
- Red onion
- Flaky salt
Directions
- Combine the juice of lemon, lime, blood orange and Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a jar. Give it a shake.
- Slice scallops in half and place them on a dish.
- Pour the dressing over the scallops and garnish with jalapeño, mini mandarins, diced red onion, and flaky sea salt. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and enjoy!
