Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1” pieces 
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil 
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 

For the kebabs: 

  • 2 bell peppers, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1” pieces

Instructions

    Add the lemon juice, Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a glass dish or bowl and stir to combine. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

    Assemble the kebabs on skewers, alternating between chicken, peppers, and onions.

    Grill the kebabs over medium for about 5 minutes on the first side, and 3-5 on the second side, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
