This Crushed Tangerine Paloma is easy to make and the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and refreshing. Made with our Crushed Tangerine Vinegar, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, this drink is destined to become your new favorite cocktail of the summer.Ingredients
For the Cocktail:
- 2 ounces tequila
- 4 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice, plus wedges for garnish
- 4 tablespoon sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Kosterina Crushed Tangerine Vinegar
- Handful of mint for garnish
- Ice
For the Rim:
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder omit for traditional (non-spicy) paloma
- Lime wedge
Directions
For the Cocktail:
- Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of the salt & chipotle chili powder mix.
- Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and Kosterina Crushed Tangerine Vinegar into the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge, lime wedge & mint
