A quick, easy, and healthy protein-packed lunch! These tuna lettuce wraps are super easy to whip up, plus with the addition of our Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, you get an added layer of bright flavor. You may think that you've had a good tuna salad, but this will become your new go-to recipe. If you are looking a recommendation for a good canned tuna, we love Fishwife tinned seafood.

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 English cucumber, finely diced
  • 2 ribs celery, finely diced
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • 3 tbsp Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 tablespoon Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill 
  • 8 to 10 leaves of Romaine lettuce or butter lettuce
  • Extra parsley and dill for garnish

Instructions

    To a large bowl, add the tuna, cucumber, celery, shallot, Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosterina Cucumber Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, dijon mustard, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and dill. Mix until completely combined.

    Scoop into lettuce leaves.

    If desired, top with another drizzle of Kosterina Original Olive Oil and some extra parsley and dill for garnish.
