Crushed Tangerine Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 3 Cans of Wild Caught Salmon (Wild Planet)
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Shallot (optional)
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple (keep the skin on) and finely chop.
  • Handful of cilantro (about 1/4 cup worth). PS: Keep a little of the stem on - it adds crunch)
  • Celery - 2 stems
  • Tangerine Vinegar - 2.5 Tablespoons
  • Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo - 1/2 cup (if it's looking dry, add more. It should be a creamy consistency)
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • 3-4 Leaves of lettuce

Instructions
