Brand Ambassador

Part Time (East Coast, Florida, New York)

About the Job 

As a member of our founding Brand Ambassador team, you’ll be representing Kosterina and play a critical role growing the business within retail locations, primarily WholeFoods Market. Your mission is to bring the Kosterina story to life by connecting with shoppers through in-store demos and field marketing events. Acting as the first point of contact with our community, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how consumers connect with our brand.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, interactive environment and is passionate about brand-building. You’ll need to represent Kosterina by demonstrating a deep knowledge of our products while showcasing your unique interactive skills. Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Take the lead in engaging with shoppers during retail sampling events, sharing the story and values behind Kosterina’s brand and products.
• Oversee product merchandising, inventory management, and sampling activities at in-store demos.
• Drive performance against key KPIs, including meeting sales targets, boosting conversion rates, and fostering new customer relationships.
• Capture content to be featured on Kosterina social platforms as appropriate
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication, ensuring every interaction with customers is proactive and positive.
• Provide thoughtful feedback on new products and services to help enhance future campaigns.
• Be punctual and follow to scheduled shifts and demo guidelines.
• Prepare and submit detailed event summaries within 1-2 days, including consumer sample counts.

Skills / Qualification

• Flexible availability for in-store demos, including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiastic, personable, and confident in engaging with new customers.
• Passion for food & wellness – a love for premium olive oil is a plus.
• Prior experience in product demos or sales encouraged.
• Enjoy learning and educating in a simple to understand way.
• Must have access to a vehicle for traveling to event locations.

Compensation + Perks:

$25/hr, 4hr sampling shifts (travel time to retail locations will be covered)
