Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a polyphenol content of over 300 mg/kg as measured at the time of harvest – that’s over 6x what you can find in an average bottle at your local supermarket.

It took a YouTube reviewer to find only one REAL Olive Oil on a high end grocery shelf. Out of dozens of expensive Olive Oil he said only Kosterina was real cold pressed Olive Oil. That’s a sad story for these expensive grocery stores but good for me.
