Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at over 500mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.

Early Harvest

All of our extra virgin olive oils are made from 100% Koroneiki olives harvested in southern Greece. The Kosterina family hails from Koroni - the home of the Koroneiki olive.

Kosterina’s olive oil is awesome—comes from these little Koroneiki olives in Greece. It’s got a strong, fruity taste with a peppery zing that I love. Plus, it’s loaded with antioxidants—good for you stuff! Stays fresh longer too, which is great since I don’t always use it super fast. They pick ‘em early from some hilly Greek spot, and you can tell it’s top-notch. I’m no expert, but this stuff makes my salads and cooking feel fancy and healthy. I’ve been using this olive oil for several years now. Totally worth it! Plus the orders ship fast and always shipped in boxes that are sturdy….a huge plus for me. But, bottom line, the olive oil is the best I’ve used.
